Do you have a Modern machine and everything works, but it won't fire balls? You may be missing your CR Dongle!! The modern machines in a parlor have a unit mounted next to it to read a CR card to allow you to "Rent" 100 balls per credit. The CR Dongle replaces that unit and makes the machine think you have provided the credits, turning on the firing circuit. 

How can you tell if you are missing it? In the lower section of the machine will be a RS232C 25 pin connector socket. (The old parallel printer cable type) If nothing is plugged into it looking like the CR Dongle, you need one!
